ROBERT S. KILDOW
Principal Broker and Director of Sales at Hualalai Realty since the end of 2003, Rob Kildow not only knows his product well, but lives it daily both professionally and personally, having purchased a villa here with his wife Barbara in 2001. A native of Washington State and a 35-year professional in the real estate industry, Rob says he fell in love with the Big Island many years ago having been captivated by the beauty, the environment, and the generosity and hospitality of the people. He made the move here in 1999 and has never looked back. Before moving to Hawaii, Rob was President of James W. Hodges, Inc. Realtors in Washington, and prior to joining Hualalai Realty, he served as Director of Sales at Hokulia Resort in South Kona for five years. In 2009 he was recognized as the top producing Realtor in the state of Hawaii; in 2010 he was ranked number three. Competitive by nature, Rob seeks challenge in both his career and in his love for extreme sports - among them heli-skiing in the Canadian Rockies and road trips on his Harley Davidson. He balances that with social rounds of golf, and evenings enjoying great food and wine with Barbara.

THOMAS L. LORATTA
A native of Northern California, Sales Executive Tom Loratta has lived on the Kona side of Hawaii Island for 36 years. He's not only witnessed the start of what was to become the island's internationally acclaimed 'Gold Coast', but has participated in creating the success of many of its most prestigious residential resort properties over the years. Prior to joining Hualalai Realty in 1999, Tom was involved with residential sales at luxury developments that included Mauna Kea Beach Resort, The Islands and 49 Black Sand Beach at Mauna Lani Resort, and Kohala Ranch. His keen knowledge of the Hawaiian luxury real estate market, and most specifically the market here on the Big Island, makes him an invaluable member of the Hualalai Realty team. Tom lives in Holualoa with his wife Amy, a Landscape Architect, and his daughter Alyssa, who both share his love of this island.

TONY L. PINKERT
Sales Executive Tony Pinkert began his successful real estate career in Minneapolis in 1986. Tony spent a number of years selling luxury real estate in the beach cities of Orange County, California and in the process expanded his already impressive client list. Tony joined the Hualalai Realty team in 2007, following his move to the Big Island in 2005 from Newport Beach California. He also held positions around the country booking, marketing and presenting major touring acts/artists and sporting events, as well as working for major professional sports teams. He holds a BA in Finance from the College of St. Thomas in Minnesota, providing him a solid foundation in dealing with transactions at these levels. Tony is married to Ericka and has two young daughters Skylar and Mya. Tony loves the ocean and is passionate about surfing, diving and art.

CHIEKO MADENOKOJI
Sales Executive Chieko Madenokoji joined Hualalai Realty in 2009 bringing with her many years of professional real estate, marketing, and international business experience in both Hawaii and Japan. Most recently Chieko spent nine years representing another luxury residential community in Hawaii. In addition to her stellar record in high-end residential sales, Chieko is bi-lingual, fluent in both Japanese (her native language) and English. Her familiarity with both the U.S. and Japanese markets, and an international roster of prospective Hualalai Resort clients, are among the many assets she brings to the Realty team. In her free time, Chieko enjoys sailing and golf with her husband.

VIVIAN TOBIAS
Vivian Tobias, Director of Administration, is a 25-year veteran of the real estate development industry, 16 years of which have been at Hualalai Realty. Focused, with an acute eye for detail and accuracy, Vivian is precisely the person you want closing your real estate deal in paradise. Since joining the Hualalai Realty team, she has managed most all of the 600 property closings while juggling various other roles: on-site Notary Public, sales statistician and overall office administration. Prior to joining Hualalai at its start-up in 1995, Vivian spent three years in Honolulu with a developer following several years working with a developer in Southern California. She is a native of New Jersey and a graduate of Rutgers University. A master at multi-tasking on the job and away from work, Vivian is the quintessential "soccer mom" for her two teenage boys along with her husband Mike, a veteran in the Construction Management industry.

SITA SOESMAN
Born and raised in Hawaii, Sita Soesman, who joined Hualalai Realty in 1999, brings much enthusiasm and professionalism to her role as the team's Property Specialist. Sita's primary focus is on Hualalai Realty's property listings. From assisting homeowners with staging suggestions to developing property specific promotional materials, Sita ensures Hualalai's listings are professionally presented through a variety of media outlets. Hualalai Realty's online presence is continually evolving, and Sita stays ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies to enhance a customer's interactions with the Realty office. Sita is also charged with maintaining Hualalai Realty's data systems and managing a database of prospects and existing homeowners. With this valuable communication tool, she ensures systems are in place to catalogue, report and distribute clients' preferences, contact history, and specific feedback provided to our Sales Executives during a real estate tour. Married to Patrick, an IT specialist, Sita has a Master's Degree from Colorado State University, and is a talented plein air artist specializing in oil paintings.

APRIL CARTY
April Carty is typically the first voice you'll hear and the first face you will see when you phone or visit the Hualalai Realty office. As Sales Concierge, April provides a number of very important guest services including welcoming guests, arranging appointments for Sales Executives, coordinating home tours and organizing fabulous sunset showings of our properties. April, a native of New Jersey and a former travel agent, joined the Realty team in 2006, and has been providing gracious and attentive service ever since.

MARK SAITO
Mark Saito, a native of Hawaii Island, is a Property Coordinator with Hualalai Realty who readily shares his aloha and culture with guests, members, and prospective homeowners at Hualalai Resort. His on- the-job passion is providing new residents with an absolutely flawless start in their new home by assisting with scheduling phone service and various other utilities. When a home is listed for sale, he is on property to assist in opening and staging the home for showings. Mark is an accomplished musician and vocalist, and performs at various events throughout the islands. The newest member of Hualalai Realty, Mark, a graduate of Pacific University in Oregon, joined the team in December 2010.

JEFF BACAWAG
Born and raised in Kailua-Kona on Hawaii Island, Jeff Bacawag is a key member of Hualalai Realty's administrative team. Jeff joined Hualalai Realty in 2007 and in his role as Administrative Assistant, he provides support to the entire sales team throughout the property listing and sales process. He also serves as our additional Property Coordinator, opening and staging homes for showings. Jeff, a graduate of University of Hawaii at Manoa, has a keen eye for detail and is a very versatile member of our team.
