Principal Broker and Director of Sales at Hualālai Realty for the past two decades, Rob Kildow not only knows his product well, but lives it daily both professionally and personally, having purchased a villa here with his wife Barbara in 2001. A native of Washington State and a 45-year professional in the real estate industry, Rob says he fell in love with the island of Hawai‘i many years ago having been captivated by the beauty, the environment, and the generosity and hospitality of the people. Prior to joining Hualālai Realty, he served as Director of Sales at a high-end golf-residential community in South Kona for five years. Rob has been recognized by Hawai‘i Business Magazine as the #1 residential broker for the State of Hawai‘i numerous times. He was inducted into the “Billionaires Club” by Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate for selling over $1 Billion in real estate, and has received their prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.

Sales Executive Chieko Madenokoji, a native of Tokyo, Japan, joined Hualalai Realty in 2009 bringing years of professional real estate, marketing, and international business experience both in Hawaii and Japan. Before joining Hualalai Realty, she had the opportunity to serve clients at a high-end golf-residential community in South Kona where she started her real estate career. In her earlier tenure with Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan’s largest trading company, she acquired essential skills for the brokerage business, while working with international and domestic clients and customers. Through her vast knowledge of Hualalai Resort and dedication to her work, Chieko is capable of assisting her clients with navigating various cultures, and enjoying all that Hualalai has to offer here on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Vivian Tobias, Director of Administration, is a veteran of the real estate industry, and has been with Hualālai Realty for almost three decades. Focused, with an acute eye for detail and accuracy, Vivian is precisely the person you want closing your real estate transaction. Since joining the Hualālai Realty team, she has managed 900+ property closings while juggling various other roles: Notary Public, sales statistician, and overall office administration. She is a native of New Jersey and a graduate of Rutgers University.
